IQ Crew is a Prague-based team of traders who build practical trading education, tools, and communities for real people.
We focus on structure, discipline, and clear decision-making — the things that matter in live markets.
We are not marketers. We are traders who design systems, test them ourselves, and share what actually works.

The Founders

Karaoke Andi

Strategy & Live Trading
Andi drives strategy, execution, and day-to-day structure across IQ Crew’s projects.
Known for disciplined breakouts and clean risk management, he bridges trading performance, education, and system design. His work focuses on clarity, routines, and real-market application.

Pattern Recognition (PR)

Institutional Mentor & Systems Developer
PR brings deep market structure knowledge to IQ Crew. He created Wintara Market Maps and leads the Institutional Track inside The Xchange. His mentorship focuses on professional preparation, disciplined execution, and helping traders think in structured frameworks.

Dave

Technology & Operations
Dave is the architect behind IQ Crew’s technical infrastructure. He developed the original KISS strategy, released it into the public domain, and built the KISS EA.
He manages the automation, data pipelines, and operational systems that keep tools reliable and scalable.

How It Started

The name itself came from a light-hearted internet gimmick in the summer of 2025:

a tool that generated fake IQ scores from Twitter handles. All three founders received unusually high results — entirely meaningless, but memorable enough to adopt as a brand. The name stuck, and the crew behind it did too.

IQ Crew began in a cigar lounge in Prague, where three traders met regularly to discuss markets, automation, and strategy development.
The first project was the KISS EA, a simple and transparent strategy-scanner that quickly gained traction. As the community around it grew, the three founders formalized their collaboration into “IQ Crew.”

Later, IQ Crew became the engine behind The Xchange, the community originally founded by Pattern Recognition, Imre, and Andi. Today, IQ Crew powers The Xchange’s structure, education, and tools.
