This Policy governs all promotional benefits provided by IQ Crew s.r.o. (“IQ Crew”) to verified clients of Trade Nation.
These promotions are voluntary, limited-time marketing benefits administered and controlled solely by IQ Crew.

Current benefits include:

  • The Xchange Partner Discount – 20% off eligible subscriptions for up to 6 months
  • KISS EA Setups Access – free access to algorithmic entry-suggestion setups (entries only)

IQ Crew may update, extend, or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.
Nothing in this policy is tied to trading activity, volume, deposits, or performance.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for any Trade Nation promotional benefit, the user must:

  • Have an active Discord account inside The Xchange community
  • Submit the official Trade Nation verification form with:
    • Discord handle
    • Trade Nation account number
  • Hold a verified Trade Nation account, with regulatory onboarding completed
  • Be the owner of the submitted TN account
  • Not attempt to link multiple Discord accounts to one TN account or vice versa

Eligibility is personal and non-transferable.

A single TN account may only be associated with a single Discord user.

2. Benefit A — Subscription Discount (20%)

2.1 Description

Eligible users receive 20% off any paid Xchange subscription:

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

2.2 Duration

  • Up to 6 consecutive billing cycles
  • Starts on the next renewal after successful verification
  • Not applied retroactively
  • If the user cancels the subscription, any remaining discount period is considered ended

2.3 Conditions

  • User must have an active paid subscription
  • Discount is not tied to trading volume, performance, deposits, or account activity
  • Discount may not be paused, banked, or transferred

3. Benefit B — Free KISS EA Setups Access

3.1 Description

Eligible users receive access to KISS EA Setups, which provide:

  • Automated entry-only suggestions generated by algorithmic conditions
  • No stop-loss, no target, no risk parameters
  • No recommendations or trade instructions
  • Purely educational output

3.2 Duration

KISS Setup access remains active as long as:

  • The user maintains a verified Trade Nation account with the same account number
  • The user remains a member of The Xchange Discord (paid tier or free tier)

IQ Crew may limit or modify access without prior notice.

3.3 Nature of the Content

KISS Setups are:

  • Mechanical entry suggestions only
  • Not trading signals
  • Not investment advice
  • Not actionable recommendations
  • Not tailored to any individual
  • Strictly educational and informational

Users remain fully responsible for their own execution and risk management.

4. Verification Process

IQ Crew verifies eligibility using Trade Nation’s affiliate reporting tools.

Verification may involve checking:

  • Account creation
  • Regulatory onboarding completion (KYC)
  • Existence of the account under the submitted TN number

If verification fails, promotional access cannot be granted.
Users may resubmit corrected information.

IQ Crew is not responsible for delays or data discrepancies arising from Trade Nation systems.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

For verification purposes, IQ Crew collects:

  • Discord handle
  • Trade Nation account number

This information is shared only with Trade Nation for verification and reporting.
Data is deleted when the promotional period ends unless required for legitimate administrative, accounting, or compliance reasons.

6. Amendments & Termination

IQ Crew may amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional benefit at any time.

  • Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date
  • Users with an already-active discount period will retain it unless:
    • they cancel their subscription
    • they violate IQ Crew Terms & Conditions
    • their Trade Nation account becomes unverified
  • Access to KISS Setups may be throttled, changed, or removed at the discretion of IQ Crew

Continued use of the promotional benefits constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Disclaimer

All products and services offered by IQ Crew, including but not limited to:

  • KISS EA Setups
  • Live sessions
  • Desk prep and debriefs
  • Mentorship and coaching
  • Educational materials

are strictly educational and not:

  • investment advice
  • financial advice
  • trading recommendations
  • inducements to trade
  • guarantees of performance or profitability

Trading financial instruments carries significant risk.
Users remain fully responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes.
