We provide the following offerings through this website and associated platforms:

  • Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4: one-time purchase license (currently KISS EA).
  • Silver Membership (€19/month): daily levels, prep notes, and updates.
  • Gold Membership (€49/month): Silver benefits plus weekly live trading sessions and KISS signals channel.
  • Platinum Membership (€99/month): Gold benefits plus real-time signals from the Head Trader and priority Q&A/small-group sessions.
  • Platinum Free with Trade Nation: Platinum access at no cost, subject to opening and maintaining an active Trade Nation account via our affiliate link, and ongoing verification.

3. Price and Payment

  • EA License:
    • Price: €199 (one-time).
    • License tied to one MT4 account number provided at checkout.
  • Memberships:
    • Silver: €19/month.
    • Gold: €49/month.
    • Platinum: €99/month (or free with eligible TN account).
  • VAT:
    • IQ Crew s.r.o. is currently not a VAT payer. Prices are final as listed.
    • Should VAT registration become mandatory, prices will be updated accordingly.
  • Payment Processing:
    • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, LaunchPass).
    • Fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.

4. Delivery

  • EA License: Delivered digitally to the email address provided after payment confirmation.
  • Memberships: Access to services (Discord channels, signals, live sessions) is activated upon payment confirmation.

5. License & Access Conditions

  • EA License:
    • Valid for one MT4 account number only.
    • Non-transferable, non-exclusive, for personal use only.
    • Resale, copying, or redistribution prohibited.
  • Memberships:
    • Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared.
  • Platinum Free with Trade Nation:
    • Requires verified TN account opened via our affiliate link.
    • Ongoing free access subject to active trading activity.
    • Access may be revoked at our discretion if conditions are not met.

6. Refund Policy

  • EA Purchases:
    • Final due to digital nature.
    • Refunds only where legally required (e.g., defective delivery).
  • Memberships:
    • Non-refundable once payment is processed, as digital access is granted immediately.
    • You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.

7. Customer Data

We collect and process only the data necessary to deliver services, including:

  • Email address (for communication, delivery, account setup).
  • Discord handle (for membership access).
  • MT4 account number (for EA licenses).
  • TN account number (for Platinum Free with TN verification).

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with third parties solely for payment processing, access management, or regulatory compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for trading losses, financial consequences, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our EA, signals, or membership services.
  • All products and services are provided “as is”, without guarantees of profitability or performance.
  • Execution variance (latency, broker spreads, human reaction time, data-feed differences) means your fills and results may differ from reference prices.
  • IQ Crew s.r.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, code, and materials remain the property of IQ Crew s.r.o.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.

11. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments such as CFDs, spread betting, or other leveraged products carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
You may lose more than your initial deposit.
