2. Products & Services

IQ Crew s.r.o. provides educational and community-based services, including:

Subscriptions (monthly, cancel anytime):

  • Silver – Watch & Learn (€29/month)
    Observer access to live sessions, daily preparation, psychology content, and the Trading Floor voice channel.
  • Gold – Practice with Structure (€79/month)
    Includes all Silver benefits plus EU/US session access (when scheduled), KISS EA setups stream (entry suggestions only), daily debriefs, journaling tools, DPS scoring, leaderboard visibility, and weekly Q&A sessions.
  • Platinum – Develop with Mentorship (€249/month)
    Includes all Gold benefits plus small-group mentorship calls, quarterly psychology workshops, private Platinum channels, and priority access to 1:1 coaching.
  • Wintara (€19/month)
    Access to Pattern Recognition’s Wintara level data and discussions.

1-on-1 Services:

  • Pattern Recognition Mentorship: €250/hour (Stripe + TidyCal)
  • Eliska Unger Coaching: €100/hour (Stripe + BookLikeABoss)
    Sessions are paid upfront. Rescheduling may be allowed; refunds are discretionary.

KISS EA Setups (stream):
Automated entry suggestions generated by algorithmic rules.
They are not trading signals and do not include stop-loss, target, or position-size guidance.

Trade Nation Promotion (limited-time):
20% discount on any subscription (Silver/Gold/Platinum) for up to 6 consecutive months when a user opens and verifies a Trade Nation account and submits the required promo form.
Promotion may be extended, modified, or ended at the discretion of IQ Crew s.r.o.
Not dependent on trading activity or performance.

3. Price & Payment

  • All listed prices are final.
  • IQ Crew s.r.o. is not a VAT payer; VAT is not charged.
  • Payments are processed by trusted third-parties (e.g., Stripe, LaunchPass, TidyCal, BookLikeABoss).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
  • Fees are payable upfront and are non-transferable.

4. Delivery of Services

  • Subscriptions: Access to Discord channels, live sessions, setups, and educational material activates after payment confirmation.
  • 1-on-1 Sessions: Delivered at the scheduled date and time via online video call.
  • KISS EA Setups: Delivered through the designated Discord channels.
  • All products are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

5. Access Conditions

  • Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
  • IQ Crew s.r.o. may suspend or terminate access if account sharing, abuse, or misconduct is detected.
  • Subscriptions grant access for the duration of the paid billing cycle.
  • Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing or participating in any service.

6. Refund Policy

Because digital access is granted immediately:

Subscriptions:

  • Non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

1-on-1 Coaching / Mentorship:

  • Paid upfront.
  • Refunds are at the discretion of IQ Crew s.r.o. and not guaranteed.
  • If a session is unsatisfactory, users may request review; decisions are made case-by-case.

7. Customer Data

We collect the minimum data required to deliver services, including:

  • Email address
  • Discord handle
  • Names provided during checkout
  • Scheduling details for 1-on-1 sessions
  • Trade Nation account number (for promo verification)

Data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with third parties solely for payment processing, scheduling, access control, or regulatory compliance.
We do not sell or rent user data.

8. Nature of Content & User Responsibility

All content provided by IQ Crew s.r.o., including:

  • live sessions
  • KISS EA setups
  • mentorship / coaching
  • levels, bias, scenarios
  • psychology workshops
    is educational only.

IQ Crew s.r.o. does not provide:

  • financial advice
  • investment recommendations
  • instructions to trade
  • signal services

Users remain fully responsible for their own trading decisions, broker selection, risk management, and trade execution.

9. Execution Variance & No Performance Guarantees

Users acknowledge that:

  • price feeds differ across brokers
  • spreads, commissions, and execution speeds vary
  • past results, examples, or setups do not guarantee future outcomes
  • IQ Crew s.r.o. does not guarantee profits, consistency, or positive performance

10. Limitation of Liability

IQ Crew s.r.o. is not liable for:

  • financial losses or trading losses
  • missed opportunities
  • platform outages, delays, or technical issues
  • reliance on any educational content
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is”.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, code, materials, templates, videos, workshops, and designs remain the exclusive property of IQ Crew s.r.o.
Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or public posting is prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Czech law.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any IQ Crew service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
